I would recommend Lake Powell Ford to my friends and family members. They were so nice very patient when I had questions. I was happy to see the staff wearing masks keeping us safe.

Just received outstanding service from Lake Powell Ford for my 2012 Ford F-150! Issue was a computer module problem which prevented us from towing. Dillon(service mngr) and Scott(tech) worked with Ford to solve the problem. Both came in Sat, even though it was their day off, to complete the job so we could continue our trip home to WA! Great customer service.

We were recently heading out to Page to visit some family and about 80 miles outside of town in the middle of nowhere our 2007 chevy truck just stops working. Reached out to Lake Powell Ford and they came out, took the truck to their shop, and took my family and I to a hotel (it was getting late). Early afternoon the following day they gave us a call, told me the fuel pump needed to be replaced it went out. They came and picked us up at our hotel to bring us down to the dealership because I wanted to see what they were seeing with my own two eyes. The courtesy in which they handled our situation and their willingness to show transparency in their repairs and prices was really impressive. I'm sure they could have just charged us an arm and a leg because after all what would we have done? We didn't really have a choice and being from out of town with a long drive back home I wanted the service done by well trained mechanics as opposed to rolling the dice with a mom and pop shop. These guys didn't let me down and they really turned an unfortunate circumstance into a pleasant experience. I was even thinking about trading in that truck and getting myself a new vehicle but the repairs were enough for now and it's still running great. Next year though I plan on giving these folks my business on a new vehicle when we come out to visit family during the holidays. If you're out of town and not sure where to go I would highly recommend giving Lake Powell Ford a call.

Unhappy with service, showed up to get a oil change as I was passing through on vacation, and this rude, eragant younger man, was completely rude to me, like he's the king of the world or something. don't waste your time. Ended up going to walmart, thanks chase for ruining my faith in the dealer.
