My husband's dialysis supplies were left on the concrete patio this afternoon, not a waterproof area. To my knowledge, no one knocked on the door; no one called to arrange the delivery. I just happened to see them. These are sterile fluids which are infused into his body. This is totally unacceptable. Rarely is UPS used for these deliveries and I will demand they not be used again.

UPS is no longer my reliable choice for shipping. They do not keep their word about when packages will be delivered. They are too unreliable for me to continue using. FedEx has always proved to be exactly what they say they will be...What a shame!
