The repair technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. A new switch had to be replaced and luckily the technician had one with him. Upon installing the switch, a tab broke off of the component that it fits in. The technician used a zip tie to temporarily fix the issue.

The part that the clip broke off from had to be ordered and a new repair visit was scheduled. The part was mailed to our home quickly. On the 2nd visit, the new component was missing a part that it needed. The technician had to use the old part from the old component. The new switch that was replaced on the first visit was also inoperable again so a used switch was used that the technician had with him that was the original problem.

So we now have a repaired microwave with 2 used parts. I would have rather waited longer for all new parts for the repair. I am hoping these parts fail again so it can be repaired with all new parts or the microwave oven be replaced.
