Called to have them come out for an estimate on fixing my roof. They said they would call back in a couple of days to set up a time. They didn't, and two days later I called them again. They clicked their cellular phone to "ignore call" and I got their voice mail. Left a message to give me a call and set up an estimate. Never heard from them again. IF THEY DON'T WANT THE JOB - JUST SAY SO!
