I have been doing business with R M R for 28 years , have got others to start buying caps was told would get a 2 percent plus on sale of those other Chimney Sweeps as it states in their sales book. But now this year its like never any caps I need late on orders I have to call them up and find out if they have sent , and a lot of the times they haven't even sent product out. No explanation on field rep status. You guys even open?
