I have contracted B Shutters and Blinds to furnish my house with motorized roller shades less than two years ago. I was told by them that all blinds are under lifetime free repair / replacement warranty. about 6 months ago one broke down and seized to function and BSB took it away to repair it. It's been almost 6 months since they took it away and I still don't have the blind repaired or returned to me. I have been VERY patient with them about it every time I called and had repeatedly been told that it was the delayed by "the factory". Now that I have a second blind broken down last night and still no reasonable resolution in sight. This is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. I will re-post this review in every place online where their name shows up until they gave me an acceptable resolution. Until then, I DO NOT recommend anyone to contract them for anything!

Do not use this company as they do not live up to their contractual agreement. Make guarantees and do not deliver. Took three months of investigations by credit card company to get my deposit returned.

Buyer Beware!!! Cory sales rep and Jim owner will try to disappear with your deposit!!!I would give zero stars for all the trouble they put my family through.
