Very quick and easy repair. They told me what was necessary and what wasn't which I appreciated. I will definitely call when the next appliance breaks. I hope not for a long time though. :)

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Sam was so professional and convenient. The 1st service call was on a Saturday morning, and the other 2 were late at night since I work late. He was so patient with me even though I could not make up my mind about him fixing my dryer or if I was just going to buy another. He was very honest and up front about what parts I needed and how much they would cost. I decided to keep the dryer since it was only a little over a year old and Sam even offered to fix the dryer hose which was a little banged up. He was very clean, dressed nicely, and spoke very well. He did not look like any "handy man" I've ever seen! I will make sure to refer these guys to anyone that asks me and I will also use them again. Great experience all around!

I got recommended to this place by a friend that had the same problem that I am having. They were able to come by within a few hours and repair within minutes. They did the job pretty quick and I am happy with the results.

Our oven igniter went out the night before last Thanksgiving. We called them based on their ad in the Yellow Pages. They told us the technician would be there in an hour. Less than 30 minutes later, he was at our door. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the igniter and was gone in less than 20 minutes. Our oven works great now.

Sam was friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job fixing our refrigerator and dishwasher and referred us to a good parts store if we decided to change the parts later. I recomend this company to everyone.

This company was a no show for an appointment that I made one week in advance. The right hand does not seem to know what the left is doing.

My gas oven stopped working and would not turn on. I called Reliable Appliance & Refrigeration Service. They sent a tech out and he said that my oven needed a new coil, which would cost $138. He was here for maybe ten minutes and charged me an additional $132 for labor. Within a week the oven stopped working again, same problem. I called again because it was within the 90 day guarantee. The same tech came out and said that he needed to clean pilot. He then got the oven to work and told me it would cost $25 . I told him I was not paying that $ because it was within the 90 days and he claimed that it was a ""different"" problem. I then asked him to leave as he started to scare me and kept insisting that I pay him $25. Within a couple of weeks the oven stopped working again and I called someone else. The tech, Faig was terrible, did horrible work and was trying to get more $ out of me. Do not use this company

This company could NOT repair my freezer which completely stopped working and had promised to correct the problem. I was charged over $300 for 1 hr for a temporary fix which only lasted a month. For each of the promised 4 times rescheduled appts, excuses were given for a NO SHOW. Save your frustration and do not use "RELIABLE"!
