How refreshing to find a shop where integrity still means something. Absolutely the best personal customer service, I was taken care of immediately. Clear honest explanations of what was probably causing my problem... and guess what? It was a quick fix, cost me $16, took less than 30 minutes in and out... What would have happened at a typical shop? I highly recommend Pacifica Transmission. And I was glad to hear they fix more than just transmissions. I had such a good initial experience, I'm almost looking forward to something else going wrong!! (Not really.) They're the best. Check em out.

i got a 91 th700 trans i paid 1,300 plus 2 cores then he tells me that pacifica tranmission uses used parts.but puts new bands they only replace what went out w/ used parts.my trans was for towing a 23' boat.13 mouths later i towed my 14'allum boat to clearlake. and had to leave my van because the trans was out.and rent a car to get home.overpriced and very bad job.warranty 12 mouths.dont do it
