They get inexperienced customer service people with horrible people skills that are not on it. I wanted my rental car picked from Hacks and the guy working totally ignored it and made a lame excuse that he's by himself in a rude tone of voice. The guy, Omari, didn't bother to follow through and said he'll give my deposit refund when he feels like it. I tried complaining to Amanda about it at Colma and she didn't even apologize. They have the wrong people working there. Be prepared for a lot of incompetentcy and rudeness.
