My family and I did business here for a couple of years and then my daughter was refused service by the store manager! He froze my account over a game he said we didn't return.....4 months prior to this encounter! 4 MONTHS!The game was dropped in the overnight drop and never seen again. After years of business this "manager " would not work with me and my wife was told I was no longer allowed in the store after I disagreed with him!Very unprofessional and this is the VERY reason your store will eventually end up closing also! Thankfully Netflix does not have smug little managers taking out their short comings out on other people!
