Poor service. I bought a Kitchen Aid trash compactor at WHD Oxnard and the door failed DURING THE EXTENDED WARRANTEE PERIOD. Both Kitchen Aid and WHD claimed the failure was cosmetic. I was hoping WHD Oxnard would go to bat for me but NO. So now I have a bent door trash compactor and respond to folks who ask about it saying, "Oh, that's my proud piece of work compliments of Kitchen Aid and WHD Oxnard." Recommendation: Do not buy Kitchen Aid appliances and avoid WHD Oxnard.

Spoke with a tall person, he directed me to the salesperson in who could explain the differences in the sinks.

I purchased a dishwasher 6 months ago. Will it broke the other day. Arlo scheduled service for me and they got it running good as new. Glad I purchased form a company that stands behind their products.
