Service was ok. Every time I had a question and called which went straight to the messaging system and I left my message of course; and hadn't got a response so I called a week later and left a message again. I had gotten their call months later which I wasn't able to answer the call, called them back and left a message again. So there business are mixed up and at lunch time they dont accept any phone calls unless someone felt like answering because I know that I would call during my lunch time hours which is the only time I can call when I was at work. And they are closed on saturdays, sundays and mondays. For some of us that can't get a week day off and work 10 hour shift is hard enough to even get a couple hours off for any appointment. Seems like some business just care about leniency for some hard working citizens. Worst of all when this cat and dog chase of phone calls and messages and did talk to someone regarding my visits for braces and maintenance was several months later. I moved out of Ventura Co so it was impossible to even make and appointment and then drive to Oxnard. The call was about them asking me of what I want to do on continuing with their visits or transfering to a local orthodontist in my location in which they said they going to locate one for me. I guess they forgot to do that because they asked If I already had an orthodontist I was visiting and I said no because they were supposed to help me find an orthodontist. So I couldnt get my deposit back because I was still being charged in the months ahead even when I coudnt make it to Oxnard for any visits; so the monthly dues zeroed out to my deposit and if I want to make any visits to them, I would have to make another deposit. They didnt even bother telling me this until my deposit was zeroed out and when they called me during my lunch break almost a year later of trying to get a hold of them. Don't know what else to say. Prepare your self for any situation that can arise and have documentations to back up any kind of incidents.
