Dont ever take your car here! Somehow after a simple car wash, they bent the passenger seat. After bringing it to the attention of the on site manager, first she denied any responsibility, then after one of the workers attempted to fix it, she claimed it was ok even though it was still obviously bent. Then after refusing to do anything more, she finally got hold of the owner who assured me over the phone he would take care of it the next day.

Next day more of the same excuses: 1. That's how its supposed to be 2. It was like that before. 3. Take it your insurance.

Never again!

Today I asked for the 6.99 special car wash is clearly advertised on a big banner in the front of this car wash. It says "HANDWASH AND TOWEL DRY FOR ONLY $6.99" I drove onto his rail that pushes my car through the wash and the owner / manager soaped up my car with a brush the pushed the button to pull my car through the wash but his machine wouldn't work. He said the chain broke but said he would rinse it off and ask me to back my car out where they can towel dry it. So far so good, until he over charged me 3.00 saying that it more for an exterior wash and pointed to his rate sign. I asked him if he was charging me for the mechanical failure of his equipment and pointed that his special ad states "Hand wash" not machine wash. He laughed and wouldn't give me my change, I told him he was cheating me and I wouldn't come back and he actually laughed and said... "You'll be back, they all come back" I couldn't believe my ears! I told him it's only $3.00 and though that's big a deal to me but for him it's bad for business. That I would go on Face book and tell my 340 friends about his lack of business integrity, but he just smiled and said "No one pays attention to that" Again I couldn't believe what this idiot was telling me all for only 3 extra dollars! I suggest that no one ever take there car to this so called business to be washed. Unless you like being treated like dirt and enjoy being ripped off...! Buyer beware you have been warned

i now change oil,spark plug,filter,etc.
