Jess gonzalez should be fired very unprofessional and rude elks has lost its respect because of him .

My sister had a party there a couple of weeks ago that guy Jesse is ridiculous he is so rude so obnoxious he shouldn't have this position he holds he doesn't have any customer service service skills nor does he have any social skills this place is pathetic and it's going to continue to be pathetic as long as they have him and the room we rented the restroom was ridiculous run don't rent this place

The Manager of this place is the most unprofessional person ever! Not only did he double book the room where a wedding was to take place but he was rude and disrespectful to EVERYONE. If you have any sort of event DO NOT book here go anywhere else. DO NOT become a member here this place is a disgrace with all the money he makes there shouldn't be broken footboards where people can fall and hurt themselves and you should be able to hire more than 2 bartenders to work when you triple book and have 2 of those 3 events going on at the same time. He thought it was OK to put us on able time limit but he didn't follow the time required that we were told when paperwork was signed. Go ANYWHERE else but here. It will save you the headache and stress!
