Nice services BUT ...waited till after agreement/contract signed and loved one buried then contacts over a week or more requesting nearly a GRAND more money from grieving family! They were not scammed...they agreed to amount & did the figures..... and went back on their word and agreement! THEN after family response & explanation rest of money of life insurance "spent" to order stone/in process and (the truth)...... says they will honor initial agreement,father goes to pick up death certificates and they give him guilt trip to meander another $250 from him ! Itemized things claimed for the approx $250 was far from the GRAND requested before so its questionable and shady& makes little sense. WHY can't mind be made up as to what is owed ?

THE TIME TO MAKE THINGS "RIGHT" WAS TO AT LEAST after they SAID they would honor the initial agreemrent......KEEP YOUR WORD BUT ..........INSTEAD..........DIDN'T......AGAIN.

Unethical business practice, YOUR WORD IS your REPUTATION. There would be NO need for agreements IF they were never kept? Bad practice especially being a funeral of all things. I was going to give good review but this buisness BROKE their word and agreement TWICE ,,,,,,It is hard to recommend to other grieving families after that......I had even mentioned it was bad practice but obviously more cash meant more to them than a good reputation. Sad too because they did such a nice job otherwise.
