New world cleaning has very poor communication. It is very difficult to get in touch with an actual live representative of the company ,instead you will always get a voice mail.Time is money and we simply do not have that to waste. My wife and I have found another company that has been very attentative to our needs and actually takes their buisness calls.

Later when inquiring about the cleaning service from others in the community know one seemed to know anything about them. My only gripe is pick up your phone and run the buisness.

I have not found any problems with this company at all! They are always professional, provide exceptional service and will provide the cleaning chemicals/supplies I request. Never have I experienced any kind of thing missing...and I deal directly with the owner(s) who are very nice and always ready to help. I reccomend them for sure! Not sure what problem the other customer had...but sounds like they are just disgruntled, and confused. I give this company a 5 star rating!

I apsolutely would not recommend this cleaning establishment. While cleaning for our services there were various items stolen although I can not prove it was the cleaning services. Since they no longer are with our company we are not having a problem of students items being taken. Also the establishment brings in children. Due to our insurance this is not doable and not professional in my opinion. If they would get hurt I cant take the risk.

Better then any franchise like Service Master or Serv pro. Recommended highly! Reasonably priced and professional!
