Miami University Culinary Department is located in Oxford, Ohio. The department is responsible for food purchasing and related culinary functions, planning, central production, and food warehousing and transportation. It also provides information on food allergies and nutritional accounting. The department looks after the special dietary needs of students. It offers high carbohydrate diet to students participating in sport activities, and a high protein diet for vegetarian students. The other facilities provided by the department include a production center, bakery and culinary exploration center.
