My daughter and I was accused of lying when the metal piece fell out of her glasses making them useless. She only had them 2 days. She is an adult and the woman that fits glasses makes us feel very bad. She said they would replace them this one time but that my daughter did something to them. What? I'm so upset. She said because the lens are custom made for those glasses we would have to replace with same frame for $180. We paid for extras on these lens and now am stuck with frames that are not durable. The lady did not apologize to me or my daughter. This is unacceptable. My family bought a total of 5 glasses. My daughters glasses were $160 after insurance. Dr wally was nice but not this lady. I don't recommend and won't be back.
