Absolute the worst service that I've experienced. Took my Scag Lawnmower in for warranty repair. Took ove 6 week, was told there's nothing they could do and the service manager was not only rude but supplied no information. This guy was a joke and should not be allowed to interact with customers. Will never visit this establishment again!

Horrible service. Total turnaround time was close to a month and dropped off twice w a flat and issues not fixed. Sales Manager hung up on me for complaining. Said I was "abusive"..... I ended up ordering the parts on Amazon and fixing myself. Ostracizing customers one at a time...Needless to say , Ill never purchase anything there.....Plenty of competition.....I should have spared myself and read the other reviews before taking it there, Obviously not an isolated incident......

I took my snow thrower in for service. Waited two weeks and spent over $100. First snow after U got it back it started fine, but the blades didn't turn. Absolutely useless.

I strongly warn everyone to stay away from this place. I had my snowblower worked on there and after three attempts and $300 the problem has not been fixed. They even charged me $25 delivery fee after couldn't fix their work. Completely incompetent

Dropped off chainsaw for repair, was told it would take 5 days before they could look at. I had no problem with that but it ended up taking a month before it even was looked at and two more weeks for repair to be finished and parts to arrive.

Dealt with Burdick Street Landscape many times over the last few years. Always great information, selection, great staff with great selection of parts and trustworthy service. Yes, I recommend.

They just fixed my Generac Generator and did a great job. It was repaired quickly and the only delay was waiting for generac warranty to be approved. Burdick kept me informed about the approval process and every time I called they were Extremely Polite. That included everyone from the operator to the service department. I would highly recommend this company. I was in business for myself for over 25 years and finding employees as good as them is rare.

I was looking for a birthday present for my husband and heard him in passing mention that he was looking for a chainsaw with a 20" blade, replacement chain, and a case. I was able to sneak over to see Wally and Koula about it and they took the time to explain the options and recommended the Stihl Farm Boss. They put a very nice package together for me and my husband was not only surprised, but he was elated. He was so excited he was out cutting down trees the very next weekend.

Owner's Response. We strive to offer the best sales and service for Power Equipment in our area.. I am sorry that Mr. Waverly is unhappy (however I don't even have any such person or name in our database). I am not sure this is even a real person.

However I would like to address his review. Fuel related issues are a problem not only in our field but many others. Not Winterizing/summarizing equipment, Bad Fuel, Decomposing Fuel - over one month old, Fuel that has separated out because of Ethanol and high amounts of Ethanol in Fuel. All these issues are NOT warrantable with ANY manufacturer or us.

We expect this problem to get worse with the advent of 15% ethanol now out in the market and we do make recommendations on how to combat this problem.

We do our best to keep our customers happy. We hope that you will give us a try and see that we are a better alternative to the big box stores.

I bought a chainsaw at the beginning of the fall season a Stihl farm boss. I can't tell you how happy I am with my purchase. I cut wood to heat my home. Starts every time and haven't ha a tree I cannot get through. With the advise of their friendly and helpful staff, I am using amsoil quick shot and premium fuel and this saw runs like a champ. I stop in for a new chain or to sharpen my original one with a one day turn around. I can't thank them enough for all they do. I always and continue to support local business in my community . I would recommend Burdick street for all your lawn care and landscape needs for your home or business!

I wish I could give zero stars, but if it has to be one it would be for sales.

The service dept just plain sucks. I thought I would support a local business and that if I had an issue they would be there. Nope, I was wrong, there is no service after the sale. I would have been better to buy at a big box store. Better yet there are other small engine dealers that I think can offer more. Burdick will blame your starting issues on bad fuel (even if you have used fuel stabilizer and burned off remaining fuel an fuel bowl fuel). They won't stand by the customer and try to help with warranty. They are worthless. Take your business somewhere else.
