My quarterly payment was a month late. I find their online payment system never functioning accurately to allow an online payment. Not only did I receive a $25 late fee, but they did not pick up our trash and recycling. There was no communication that they would not service us. When I called to ask for pick up from the men still on my street, and offered to pay by credit card on the spot, the woman refused as it was "not part of policy" to clearly accommodate a customer. I cancelled on that day and have moved to EL Harvey. They offered to pick up my trash TOMORROW free of charge in Pratt's bins!

Pratt will also charge for ANY additional trash not in the bin - $10-25 for a large box left on the side - EL Harvey does not do this.

Positive notes: the trash pick up was timely & routine. Communication on any changes to delivery were good. I never had any issues w/ pick up.

I believe that Pratt Trucking at least once a month ILLEGALLY picks up the recycling along with the Trash and dumps it ALL in the trash truck even after repeated calls to the company when I catch their drivers doing this. I told the Manager the last time and the driver this time that I was reporting it and both guys laughed at me and said to go ahead. One of the Office workers has been VERY nice about this though and keeps apologizing, BUT it keeps happening even though my Account is noted. I have reported it to our Town as well as to the Attorney General's Office today. And I have now filed several complaints. They should be fined as it is ILLEGAL in Massachusetts to do this. AND MY TRASH WAS NOT EVEN SCHEDULED TO BE PICKED UP TODAY! THE RECYCLE BINS ARE CLEARLY MARKED. The Manager told me the last time he had instructed his drivers to do this after a truck broke down. I wanted to know why they didn't just inform all their customers that the recyclables would be picked up the following week. Not a big deal for them to delay it a week. PLUS AN EMAIL WENT OUT FROM PRATT STATING RECYCLABLES WOULD NOT BE PICKED UP TODAY!!!

DISAPPOINTING

We have had Pratt for about 15 years now and they are horrible. They constantly forget to pick up our trash and then want us to wait another week and they will pick up then. Our barrel is currently busted with only one wheel. They picked up our trash last week and the wheel fell off into the truck. It is currently propped up by a large rock. We have emailed 3 times and they keep saying leave the barrel out and someone will come fix it. This has been 2 weeks. I am now looking at quotes for different companies and guess what other companies are actually cheaper. So, we are also getting ripped off....

I have had Pratt for my trash removal for over 10 years. The driver is always professional and courteous. There's been times I've forgotten to put my trash out and he's been kind enough to grab it for me. Other companies would just drive by. I have contacted the company with a problem and they helped me. I'm very satisfied with this company.
