This place should be your last resort. The managers here list many rules and regulations in the contract but do not enforce them. Drugs are prevalent here and despite the reports of those alleged it goes ignored. There was a shooting here between gangs related to drugs just a couple months ago. There are some tenants here who do not ensure their kids are respectful of other tenants property. There have been multiple cars that have been vandalized and even when the manager sees it with her own eyes still nothing is done to correct the problem! I am a tenant here and I wish someone would have warned me before I moved from my previous apartments!
