They are very fast in getting you in as well as out quickly. This is by far my favorite place to go when I'm having problems.

On May 17th, 2014 my wife Mary went to Gateway Urgent Care here in Owensboro. She was experiencing severe pain in her right jaw and ear area. She was seen by a Physician Assistant (PA). At first the PA wanted to know what Mary was taking for her back. Of course, we didn't know what the h she was talking about, since we had indicated on the initial entry form exactly what we were there for. At first she recommended some form or medicine that was for minor relief. After begging for some sort of stronger medicine, she did come around and said she would call in a prescription for Prednisone, step down dose, which was to be started the next morning. This was ok for the next day but, what about why we were there at that time of day on a Saturday. After a little more begging we did get an IM dose of toradol, which later proved to be completely ineffective. Then she recommended my wife under go acupuncture. We want to know what is causing the pain. This stupid - didn't even call in the script
