We were pretty happy with this facility for more than a year. The facility is clean and the location is convenient. They also offer climate controlled units which we needed. Our only complaint during that time is that occasionally when we would visit the facility, the security gate would be up (and I assume broken) for anyone to enter the main storage area. We noticed this several times and we were not over there that often. Recently, the facility began periodically raising our rental cost for no apparent reason. The initial cost to move into the facility, which is advertised on their website, is still the same (or pretty close) as when we initially rented the unit. But our rental amount each month is now quite a bit higher than that. I would understand if the cost for the overall facility was going up, but this seems like a bad business practice to raise rates on faithfully paying customers for no given or implied reason. I contacted the site manager and she told me that potential periodic rate increases were listed in our rental contract. I asked for a reduction and quoted the rates on the website. She said that the decision was up to the regional manager and I asked to be put in contact with that person. That was a couple of weeks ago and I still have not heard back. Very disappointed.
