We got off on the wrong foot with scheduling due to a lack of communication from the scheduling manager. However, John, my sales guy took care of the situation in a professional and courteous manner. Ebling has been in business a long time and apparently they stand behind their name.

My father introduced me to Ebling Contracting while living at the Summitt. He called David in the middle of a thunder and lighting storm due to a leaking roof which Ebling Contracting did not install. Ebling was " johnny on the spot" and put tarps up during this very bad storm. That spring he replaced this roof and all was and still is well. We had a similar experience, not too far down the road, and had extensive hail damage. Ebling Contracting replaced our roof with the same professionalism as my parents, not disturbing our pool area, which is right next to the house. My parents relocated back to town because of the long drive and Ebling Contracting replaced the roof on their new home with the same professonal courtesy that we have been accustomed to receiving.. We totally recommend Ebling to everyone.

David Ebling and his crew replaced our roof. They did an excellent job. They were professional and made sure that we were pleased. They took extra care to clean up each day so we did not have to worry about nails and other roofing materials all over our yard. The roof was securely fastened and after two wind storms and an ice storm, we have no loose shingles or problems at all with the roof. We were so impressed that we also hired them to build us a deck behind our house. The work was also superb.

David Ebling put a roof on for me close to a year and half ago, and I was very pleased with his work. As a matter of fact I gladly let anyone know about him and his work. But on September 14, 2008 we had a very bad windstorm, and I called his office on September 22, to ask him to come and check my roof to see if I had damage, per the request of my insurance adjuster. I left a message for Mr. Ebling's office on September 22, to return my call, which they did that afternoon. The lady on the phone said that it would be $200.00 for an inspection, and when I said there was no way I could afford that, she said neither can anyone else and said have a good day and hung up on me. I called her back and identified my self and said 'maam, you hung up on me' and she said 'yes and I am going to do it again', because she didn't have time to talk. I asked her if she was Mr. Ebling's wife, and she stated that she was. I then started to tell her how pleased I had been with their services, and she started talking and I told her I couldn't hear her because she was talking while I was talking. So I tried to tell her again that I had been pleased with their service before and I had recommended them to other people, but I would not recommend them again. She said that is fine! And hung up on me again!



It is really bad when people who own their own business can be so rude, and there is nothing that can be done about such rudeness. I wish there was a way I could talk to Mr. Ebling personally and let him know how she is hurting his business, because all of my dealings with him have been very pleasant.
