I love this place all the employees are very clean and kind and the restaurant as well is clean and the drinks are wonderful. ..I just rate 100% ....

Clean, delicious donuts and amazing Iced Coffee! I love this location. I think it has gone WAY uphill since 2012! My favorite place to get coffee now!

I've been to Dunkin Donuts a number of times and have got nothing but great food and great service. Every restaurant has problems when they first open so maybe these other reviewers should give it another chance.

Burnt croissant and Cold Coffee and rude customer service

Coffee taste burnt and stale. I don't see how it's the world's best coffee. Dollar general coffee in the can taste better than this over priced no good garbage.

This was my first time in Dunkin' since the only early this year, I was very disappointed with the store cleanliness, Employee attitudes, and the lack of respect and willingness to get my order right.. The trash was over flowing in the lobby both trash cans. Disgusting place for such a new store the floors looked gross with dirty and disgust, the windows needed a cleaning and the employee that bagged my donuts had no tissue paper or gloves. I asked them for a new donut and the employee simply told me no because they just washed their hands. rather they did or not i didn't see, I did see the dirt under their fingernails though. I didn't eat the donut, and I will not be back to this establishment again.

I have NEVER had a coffee there that I can say I can tolerate. The only reason I went back several times was because I thought they would eventually get it right. I only make Dunkin Donut brand coffee at home-- it's not that difficult. Their coffee ALWAYS tastes like it was burned or some how altered. There has to be something wrong with that particular Dunkin Donut shop

Horrible! That's all there is to say about this disgrace of Dunkin' Donuts. I've seen them carrying boxes from the freezer, when I asked them about the box they lied to me. The box clearly said yeast rings. They aren't even made fresh the Donuts we're 8.99 for a box of out of the freezer frozen donuts. Needless to say I didn't buy any I walked out and will never be back.

I have visited this store at different times of the day and I have to tell you, no matter what time I go I find that this store has the slowest, most clueless, UN-trained personnel I've ever seen. From start to finish it took me 20 minutes. to drive away after repeating my simple order no less than FOUR times. Then, to add insult to injury, the product was STALE. This was 4/02/12.

Needless to say, I'm done. The friend I was bringing the coffee and donuts to, in the hospital, was very disappointed that they were stale. This is not the first time, this scene is repeated over, and over and over and I've visited there for the last time. I have given them the last chance. I tried calling the number listed for the owner and it was either busy or no one answered. So much for customer care. I'll be visiting rolling pin FRESHLY made and there is a Starbucks coffee within seconds Fresh...that will be my choice from now on

It was 11:23am 2 cars in the lot no other cars in front or behind me in the drive thru when I ordered! When I got to the window to hand over my money I was shifting my change in my wallet to hand over the exact cents and the male employee(short, ugly little guy) started clapping his hands and told me to hurry hurry! Are you serious? When I asked him to repeat what he said she acted like he didn't hear me and said nothing before her manager walked up and shouted have a nice day! Very rude, no employee should EVER tell a consumer to hurry

Stale donuts, Bad customer service, dirty restrooms, and I guess it's owned by Indian people because they have one working the cash register, and I couldn't understand her at all. I asked her several questions about the different kinds of filling, icings, etc. She couldn't answer any of the questions. How can you work at a donuts shop and not know the product? Lack of common sense I guess.

I was in the lobby waiting on a sandwich the other day, and the lady making my sandwich didn't have any kind of hygiene. I seen her go back and just put on gloves, she never washed her hands. When I received my sandwich it had a long blonde hair attached to it, you guessed it, it was hers. I just walked out. I'll never visit this Dunkin' donuts again.

This place is garbage. The owner is horrendous, she mistreats her employees. The donuts are stale and come from the freezer, and they're way overpriced! I really don't understand why they even opened. They can't compete with the local bakeries and they give Dunkin' Donuts a bad reputation. I have been a devoted Dunkin' fan most of my life, but this one just doesn't follow any protocol! Opening week they didn't even have any donuts. 6 months from now, they won't even be open.
