Very friendly and go out of their way to make sure the jobs they do are correctl. Their work is the best and the prices are very reasonable and all work is done on premises.

In 2008 I brought my engagent ring to be reparied and resized for me. I was given a ticket and was told to come back in 2 days to pick it up..also a man sized my finger with the ring thing..and I am a petite person i was a size 8.. few days later I came back to pick up my jewlery and the man wasent there but there was a crabby older lady that ignored me for about 20 minutes without even a hello as she was dealing with a person that was buying some jewery from theme..I gave her my ticket and she said did He tell you to come back today I said yea, It says it on the ticket there too, she says well that don't mean anything!..I dont even know if its ready! let me go check so shes in the back yelling at me saying NOPE I dont see it back here maybe come back around 4pm today and it may or may not be ready..so i was really upset but kept my cool came back at 4pm again that crabby lady was there and ignored me even tho no one was in there at that time she was talking to her im assuming son and told him to go back and git my ring that the ups man had just brought it or sum delivery service??? I figured they would have fixed it there borrowing there title says repair services so the ring was brought out and he set it next to her and she was doing paper work and I asked her mam is that my ring yes! but could you wait a minute while i finish this paper work?..ok yea thats fine I say..so she finishes her work and brings the ring over and its a mile TO BIG!! for me! I said mam he sized my finger b4 and I was a size 8 she said well maybe you had to much salt and your fingers were swollen..she checked the size of the ring and she said this looks like a 10..i said well were do we go from here? there is no way my fingers were swollen I had on one other ring that was my mothers I wear all the time and if I was swollen I wouldent had been able to wear that one..she said well we will have to send it back and charge for the work we just done and also charge to resize it again...are you seriouse??? but this isen't my fault..well idk I wasent here and this is all I can tell you I said how much is the bill 120$..plus whatever it cost to send it back and fix it..so i paid for the first work that was done but have walked around now since then with thread wrapped around the ring cuz its soOO big.. :(
