My 12 year old home hasn't had the carpets cleaned in 4 years, since the carpets were installed. We vacuum every other day. I have 2 large dogs that track in red dirt all day and shed, A lot.

I called a dozen carpet cleaners, described what I needed. Several recommended I call Steam Masters. talked directly to the owner, Brandon. He explained his process, equipment, schedule availability and drying times.

Brandon and Robert arrived promptly on time as they said they would be. He accessed my carpets and tile, provided a written price quote before they started. The price for carpet cleaning was very reasonable. Brandon demonstrated what he could do for the tile and grout, It looked like new.
