Malo Roofing, Inc. has been providing quality commercial and residential flat roofing services since 1974. Prior to that time, Junior Malo was an employee of Anderson Heating and Roofing where he learned first-hand how to provide quality service and customer satisfaction. With more than 30 years of experience, we have been providing owners with the finest EPDM roofing products with the industry leader in roofing and re roofing engineering. With decades of work experience and knowledge, we have been working within the area to continue this string of excellence with our experienced and dedicated estimator, Kevin Malo, who has over 25 years of estimating experience and was a roofer himself through his teens and early twenties. Our staff is knowledgeable and hard-working and takes great pride in putting down the best roofing product but before that even happens, they make sure the entire structure is adequate with their limitless experience in carpentry and construction. Our job foreman has over 15 years of roofing experience and our core group of roofers have a strong work ethic with commitment to their craft and the integrity with which each job is approached. Malo Roofing has a fully functioning sheet metal fabrication facility and the experience and expertise to complete the re roofing/roofing projects from to deck to cap with custom made flashings and metal copings. It is something we pride ourselves on; taking complete control of the roofing project from start to finish. We provide same day service for most emergency needs such as roof leaks, non-functioning scuppers or drains, and loose metal flashings. It is important to us that you us standing on the roof in good weather as well as bad. Our understanding of the roof application and its duties makes us valuable during any conditions.
