HORRIBLE! TERRIBLE! APPALLING! They used to be pretty good until early late 2012/early 2013. It seems they got a new cleaning staff and they continue to rip off my buttons, crease my shirt all over the place, and leave starch marks. They take it back and redo it for free but it comes back just as bad or worse. I recently paid $70 for my clothes to be dry cleaned and had to come up and launder everything myself and iron it because I was leaving the country the following day. Furthermore, a lady next to me started looking at her clothes because she saw how bad mine were and found a huge hole in her $200 sweater.
