Hi i'm Terry  owner of TNT services. I've been in the home construction. maintenance or remodeling business most of my adult life.  The last couple years have been focused on handyman services and preventative maintenance. In the past I have taken on projects as large as a two and one half years. complete remodel of a 32 unit townhome community in Claremore. I do stress preventative maintenance because it will save you money in the long run. Especially if and when you want to sell. How many people do you know who go to sell and the realtor informs them they really need to invest several thousand dollars to bring their property up to the markets potential value and what buyers expect or just to pass a buyer's inspection?
