I brought my trailblazer due to a fuel injector that went bad (confirmed by a mechanic friend but don't own a shop). The following day I received a call that it will take 4 days because of the turn around time to have the others checked if they are good or bad then order then order the rest if needed. I was told that if they replace all of them it will expedite the process because they can just order them at once. I was renting a car and I thought it will save me money from rental if they do it that way.

I asked them to check the pump or hose to the windshield wiper because the right one don't spray but they did not bother checking it. Instead, they claimed to have replaced the spark plugs that were just replaced by my mechanic friend the day before, I bough the spark plugs from Auto Zone myself. I was charged $80 for it . They also claimed they changed the oil that I did not ask for, and was charged for it too.

I ended up paying $980 in total charges. I am not even sure if these services were actually applied or not.

I know I was taken advantage of and I want to warn other consumers to be cautious. I was told that these people are trustworthy but highly unlikely. They just take advantage of people .

I brought my 85 corvette to them after I had the engine replaced. The new engine needed a different computer chip and sensor replacement. It took 8 months for them to get it right. But while it was there I had them check it over for a little noise (ended up to be a loose brake pad). They said it had the wrong rack and it was leaking. But the rack was just replaced a year prior. Found out they lied about replacing the rack and about the leak. They said tie rod ends were blown out but it was another lie. They destroyed the rack; they loosened the mounting bolts on me. They also installed an MSD box upon my request but put it under the wheel well. Drove it in the rain and it gkt halfway filled with water nearly stranding me in a dangerous construction zone late at night when the MSD box fried. They also lied about changing a rear axle (again just had them replaced a year ago). The ride height over the rear wheels was much higher when I got it back. Took me a while to notice it. Corvette ride height of body over rwar tires should not be that much drastically higher.

So for a computer chip replacement they ended up costing me thousands and did not replace anything other than the chip .. although I paid for a new rack and MSD box and axle; the leak was the power steering reservoir. ...

I had to get another new rack and am currently rebuilding my entire steering system and think I figured out how to lower the ride height to where it should be.

I am seriously considering small claims court for $5,000.

Had a mechanical visiting from Texas with my truck. Local racers/friends referred this place, and I would to anyone else.

Excellent service and value. They found the problem with our expedition, repaired it, and tested it before they called us to pick it up. They also fixed a rattling drivers window while it was in the shop. I would recommend them for thier quality and performance.

They are very honest and very thorough and care about customer service.
