This is the review I sent to Dr. Voto ( I doubt he got it):Feedback on Nov 14th visit with Gena for a cleaning. I filed a negative complaint about her treatment to my teeth and gums. The cavitron was not the problem. It was her EXTREME picking at my teeth and gums after. She was very rough with me to the point where I was terribly sore for 3 days afterward. I expressed my opinion to Mary, the hygiene coordinator, she seemed to not care. Given these conditions, I must move on to a different dental facility. This is in no way any reflection of your work. You're a kind, gentle dentist. But your cleaning crew will drive away your business. After more than 40 years experience with other dental offices, I say that your staff is the most uncaring. I informed the entire staff that I am on Coumadin. Yet no one listened. The picking and probing continued til I could barely handle it. I have bruises on my hands from holding on to the dental chair during my visit on Nov. 14. Sorry things didn't work out.
