Buyer beware! The new management hasn't helped this company. We prefer to "buy local", but can't recommend this company. Late to arrive, excessive time required to perform the work, poor communication and two no call, no shows with excuses afterwards. Its just not worth it.

I just want everyone to know we are under new ownership, give us a call and book to get those carpet cleaned with the great back to school special we are running. Thank you

Unethical - Unprofessional - Unreliable - worst business management ever dealt with.



Company entered into an agreement to do work for our hotel. We brought in extra staff and paid overtime - did not rent rooms so they would be prepared so the work could begin on Sunday morning.



10 minutes before they were to begin they called the General Manager on his cell phone and said they were on the way.



5 minutes before they were suppose to begin, they called the hotel and said they were cancelling the job. They did not call the General Manager as they had done 5 minutes earlier, but rather the hotel front desk and refused to provide a call back number. The General Manager tried to call them back - left message - no one would call back.



Business to business, this is the most shady company we have ever dealt with - There shady way of cancelling, costing the hotel hundreds of dollars in overtime and lost revenue - we cannot and will not recommend them to anyone.



If you need carpet cleaners - continue looking - there are those that want your business and will be honest with you. All hotel owners in the metro Tulsa area have been given notice and will not give them the opportunity to to do the same they did to our hotel. .

The technicians are very knowledgeable and its obvious they enjoy what they are doing. The experience was pleasant from the very beginning. Once the appointment was made i got a confirmation call the day before to help remind me and when the tech arrived at my house they did everything. I didn't have to lift a finger. When they left, I of course went through the house looking at the work and was happy to find that my carpets looked wonderful. I was going to replace them but now i get to save that money and use it for other household repairs.

They were continually late and did not complete all of the required job. After realizing this I called the owner, who was also the repairman, and told him that I was unhappy as the written quote included more than he did yet I was charged the full amount. After days of arguing and being told I was wrong even though it was clearly in writing, they finally agreed to come out and fix it only after I canceled my plans and waiting around for them, they showed up only to give me a PORTION of the money back and leave while refusing to discuss or look at the written quote which had broken out the prices of each item.
