The management and leadership of this facility is unprofessional, rude, and uncaring. They do not value their customers and do not hold their agreements in their parent handbook. It's very obvious this facility does not care about the children or families.

The 18 month class was constantly over capacity, and they were moving my daughter to a different class regularly to try to keep ratios within "legal limits." When I decided to pull my 18 month old from the program, they forced my 3 year old out of the school stating that I couldn't have one child enrolled in their program, it had to be both so they could be at capacity.

I know they were already at capacity, so the reasoning they gave me for terminating my 3 year olds care was dishonest. I pointed out that their policy in the handbook was that "if a child is accepted and enrolled, then they have a guaranteed spot as long as tuition is paid." I was never late paying or missed a payment, so they did not abide by their own policy.

It was all around a terrible and extremely confrontational exit. I gave an appropriate two week notice out of respect of their policy, but they treated me so poorly that I terminated care within 2 days of the notice because I didn't trust the management to be near my children. They're very dishonest and make poor, poor decisions; I couldn't risk my children being in that type of environment.

The management does not care about the children, they do not care about good paying customers, and they're terrible to their employees. Please save yourself the emotional distress and start with a different place that will be understanding and accommodating to your changing family's needs.

This facility may be clean, but the daycare lacks the ability to communicate with parents in a professional manner. Teachers want to discuss problems in front of your children and other children in their classroom. I feel that little eyes and ears should never hear these discussions. And, they feel parents are completely responsible for any behavior problems that occur within their facility during the school day. It is completely the parents problem and not theirs. The director will tell you that your child will probably place higher than all surrounding day cares for being prepared for school, but it is because they will not care for any child that falls below their standards. If your child is a model student, you will not expeirence any problems.
