This business has went downhill. They do no have innate clinical judgement or compassion for your pets. Please do not take your animal here - they will charge you a ton of money for nothing.

We have 5 dogs and always have something going on. Dr. Taylor and Dr. Fullenwider are the best and their staff really cares! We have taken our dogs here for 5 years now and would never go anywhere else!

They would NOT see one of my dogs after I told them that she was vomiting blood and wouldn't move!! I asked to speak to the manager (who is new) and she was extrememly rude, couldn't answer any of my questions and had zero sympathy for my situation! By the time we found a vet that would take us (which was the very next vet we called) our dog was worse and died as soon as we got there! It use to be a wonderful place but when new owners come in, do a bad job, all of their long term staff leave (including the office manager who was there at least 15 years) you know there is a problem! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

The service and compassion of this place stinks.
