Be sure to walk out with your prescriptions they ARE NOT capable of writing the correct prescriptions, you have to check.
They do not send your prescriptions to the 3 months mail away. That is a constant mistake. When the prezcription is in your hand check for correctness. They will write the number of tablets wrong and then cross them out put the correct number & initial. No pharmacy is going to accept a presciption witten like this.

Prescriptions are nightmares - Carol & the staff calling in the prescriptions are not able of this task.

this doctor is not only extremely rude, inconsiderate and outright abusive, he is also making more than 100k a year paid by pharmaceutical companies (: rot in hell, birkmire.

this Dr is a horriable person, and he calls himself a christian, not in away, he's only about money, he is self centered, and just a awful person, I wouldn't send my dog to him. I'm a christian myself and I pray that God he will forgive me, but I hope Dr. Birkmire rots in hell, you reap what you sow. I wouldn't even give him a 1/4 of a star.

Stay away from here - the office staff & wait times are not worth it. The Dr. was just fine & worked well with my kids, but it was ridiculous to be expected to wait around for well over an hour for appointments. And I don't even know where to start on the office staff - the worst I have ever experienced - just so unprofessional and incompetent - and despite informing them of my horrible experiences nothing was ever done to fix the problems. Do yourself a favor & don't waste your time going there.
