First and foremost, this company used to belong to Bruce. But now his trust fund child Brad has taken it and crapped all over it. Paying employees 10 bucks an hour to bust their tails in the Florida heat and only "when you are cleaning a pool". You are NOT PAID while driving. I worked 40 plus hours and was only paid 30. Why? Because they put GPS in the trucks and start the clock when you are doing a pool, and stop the clock while the truck is moving. Shady to me! Gerald the "trainer" is a 400 pound man who sits in his truck and expects you to know what you are doing while it's storming outside. And doesn't even know how to clean or fix anything in the company. And then there is Dave. Another trainer who is just a raging alcoholic. All he will do is talk about how many cases of beer he downed the night before. And last but not least, don't do a pool in 10 minutes. I did 12 pools in 8 hours and that was fast. They want you to take 45 minutes on each pool. Not even possible on a clean pool. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Turn over is 1 quits every week! You do the math!
