Very pleased with our decision to use WinDura. Pricewise was in the middle of the three quotes we got, but their presentation won us over. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Poor customer service, poor communication. Did work on one of my window repairs, after 2 years warranty expired water start to leak into my house. Called Windura ask to give an estimate to fix this widow and replace others two windows. No estimate and following up for one month. I have used other window repair company too. I would say Windura work is average or below average, customer service is poor.

Recently had seven windows installed by Windura, and am overall very satisfied. There was a slight mishap in how one of the windows was ordered, but the salesman immediately took ownership and handled it. Took an extra two weeks for the one window to be reordered, but he made good on his word, and the windows have been great.

I <3 WinDura. What a great company to work with. The owner came out to assess the project and sent me his quote the same day ... the price was just what my husband and I expected, and they were able to custom build AND install our new windows in just a month. The installers couldn't have been nicer ... and they took the extra time to really clean up after themselves (which almost never happens with contractors!). They did an OUTSTANDING job and I couldn't recommend them enough. A+++

I made the mistake of wasting a lot of time and a ton of money with other contractors before I found WinDura. These guys are awesome. Not only did they fix everything Champion window did wrong the first time, they found and fixed issues I didn't even know I had. My house has been greatly improved because of WinDura and I'm really grateful - I can't recommend them enough.

WinDura is AMAZING! They are the best contractors I've ever worked with. I placed a custom order for two exterior doors and a full deck replacement, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the result. The installers did an excellent job -- and even took the extra time to add finishing details I wasn't expecting. The doors and the deck both look amazing. Thank you, WinDura!! A+++

Referred by a handyman who is very dependable. The gentleman that came out to look was very sincere and thorough. He stated from the beginning what great customer service they have. I am so trusting. Perhaps that being said I should have been suspicious. I was not however. We went ahead and replaced two windows, repaired some wood rot and sealed some other windows. I do think the windows are good quality. However the first thing that happened was that the job was estimated for a day and a half. It actually ended up taking a half day which was great. However some of the sealing work was not done initially and I caught the workmen before they left. They then did that work. I have to insert here the fact that the workmen have not been to the property previous to the day that they work. Therefore everything is passed on to them via someone else at Windura. And there is some kind of non-communication going on there. An example being the fact that I was told we would need to test to see if there was any lead paint in the windows to be replaced. The gentleman (that I described at the beginning of this review) kept saying he would come by. I even called when a second measurement was to be done and left a message that perhaps they could test the paint at that point when they were here measuring. The measurer as well as the original gentleman showed up without the lead pain test kit. He therefore had to come back again to do the test. So the windows were installed and I reminded them of the sealing work on the other windows. A few days after the installation, it rained. One of the newly installed windows had streaking from the caulk running down the window. I called at the end of a week. They were to come out on a Monday. I did not hear anything back by the beginning of the following week. So I left a message. Still did not hear anything until I gave a deadline by which time I needed to hear from them or I would call The Better Business Bureau. The problem is now fixed which is great. However I still have not received a warranty covering the work. The fact that there would be a warranty is written into the contract by the gentleman that initially came to the house. Oh yes, one other thing is that the first time he looked at the windows to be replaced, he did not notice that they were so low to the ground. And so a different kind of glass needed to be put in than originally written up. Please use caution. Windows seem of great quality. However the customer service and communication is frustrating. (And I am a patient person).

There is not enough space to list all my complaints... All I can say is WOW - how do they stay in business.

Firstly, I am generally not one to write company reviews online, but Windura has earned this! My house was in desperate need of new windows, and my husband and I contacted several different companies for estimates. Windura was not the cheapest bid we received, but we both felt extremely comfortable with this company from the very beginning and knew we were getting high-quality products.



We ended up with absolutely BEAUTIFUL windows and a gorgeous new front door. Our house has never looked better!! Thanks for an excellent job.

I'm not sure what the previous poster is referring to, but I've had Windura out to my home for numerous projects and have been very impressed with the work. I would recommend this company again and again.
