The people that work here either are really deaf or they just don't care about their customers package. I have lost my package in the process of my seller sending it to my address in Kansas. I have tried calling them every hour. Why hire people that don't benefit the company and irritate people trying to find their lost packages. So, I called my friends in Kansas to go into the office to ask for help and they said that they cannot do anything about this which is complete bull****. I had to call the 1-800 number for them to help me out. They told me to contact the post office but there is no way, because all the people there won't pickup the phone. I just want to know where the recovery place for package is at. is it that hard for me to obtain such simple information? Sheesh. Never using USPS ever again. Terrible customer service.

I agree with the previous review, except for the part about the employees in the office. The "customer service" rep did not return any call about my missing parcel after she said she'd investigate. I have also had an insured item disappear AT THIS OFFICE! Tracked all the way to here - and marked as "delivered" (it wasn't delivered to me. They are just an obstacle and harass over the job they cannot do. There is a lot of corruption, apparently, right here in this place. I will have to get a PO box at a different location. I hope others who have had items disappear from here will join in filing a petition to get an investigation going. I've had enough of these people.

Those at the office itself are very nice people - the carriers that deliver from here are horrid, nasty, people. I have never had more mail go missing from any other place (probably stolen by the rude carriers). I am moving from the area to literally get away from being "served" (if that's what we are to call it) by this particular office.
