We are terribly sorry for your experience here at the Ritz Charles. We strive for 100% accuracy with our clients and their guests. We take pride in the level of cleanliness in our building and would appreciate to know where it occurred so it can be fixed and maintained more frequently. Yes, our chairs have seen better days, however we are in the process of ordering new ones.

DO NOT GO HERE! The whole place is very dirty, alot of the chairs they use are about to fall apart, the manager Lorna is very rude and condescending. the service is done by a very unkept staff. overall a Huge waste of money.
