I have no idea what kind of service my husband received as a patient, but their billing process and related customer service are terrible. My husband received a call about his MRI bill as it is apparently unpaid (as it was not received by us). I called today to pay over the phone, and the girl that answered was unable to help me since I didn't have the amount I needed to pay (which I have no way of knowing since, again, we never received the bill). She gave me the number for Jonas, the finance manager. I called him, but his mailbox was full and I was unable to leave a message. I called back and got a different girl. This girl affirmed that no, she couldn't do anything without the bill/amount (though she was able to confirm the date of service), and that yes, we needed to call Jonas. I told her that his mailbox was full and asked if there was any other way to get a message to him. She said she would send a message, but that he was "bad about calling people back" and to try again if I don't hear anything. I reminded her we have an outstanding bill and that I would think he would want to call us back, but she just said he is an outsourced employee and not in the office. As a person who wants to pay bills in a timely manner (and assumes organized businesses want to get paid), this is a maddening process.

This is a good place to be when you are in pain. Fast and comfortable.

Wide open MRI equipment with x-ray and bone density. Comfortable, efficient and accurate.

The MRI equipment is comfortable and wide open. This was important because I am somewhat claustrophobic. The staff was incredibly helpful and made me feel at ease.
