Provided by YP.comI brought my car in on 6-30-07 for a brake rotor inspection and made an appointment for the following Monday. I had my brake rotors replaced 7-2-07 and when I got my car back, one of my 16 lug nuts was in my cup holder. I called up to the store the next morning and asked why the lug nut wasn't on my car when they were done working on it. They told me it was because it was stripped out when the car came in on Monday and that it was my fault (even though they worked on it the previous Saturday and put all the lug nuts back). The manager didn't hesitate to say a few choice curse words about how "stupid" my problem was in front of another customer and my girlfriend. It was embarrasing, to say the least. There was no customer service what-so-ever and I ended up going home with only 15 in-tact lug nuts on my car. The way that the manager acted towards my girlfriend and I was completely unacceptable, especially with another customer in the waiting area. I would recommend that no one ever takes their car to this Car X location to be serviced.
