STAY FAR FAR AWAY!! No communication what-so-ever. Upon move-out, they claimed that I never turned in a MOVE-IN inspection report...so right there I started to get a tad bit nervous. I cleaned my apartment from top to bottom, cleaned carpets TWICE, wiped down walls, washed the screens...everything! Had an appointment to do my MOVE-OUT inspection for 2 p.m. The manager showed up at 11 a.m. and said that everything looked good despite her early arrival. I was told that I should get a refund within 4-6 weeks. Months pass and all of a sudden I get a demand letter from a credit agency saying I owe over $800!! TNG NEVER sent any type of correspondence, letter, phone call...NOTHING! And they don't even have the decentcy to return my calls!

I have to agree with the other reviews posted here. While they come off very professional, in my opinion they have some shady, unethical billing practices. I would not recommend moving into a community or property managed by them. The right arm does not know what the left is doing. There are several very unsatisfied home owners in our community that have been billed incorrectly by this group. They dont seem to do much to correct the issue either. I recommend staying away from this group, now called CAM.

I just received a statement.The only one. Showed late fees and all my on time payments. No other letters or even a phone call to tell me what is going on. Just this one statement. They shouldn't be able to get away with this.

I have been overbilled for hoa dues several times now! I just recieved a notice that they were going to put a lien on my house for over due hoa dues which I do not owe!! I am always on time and pay the full amount on my hoa dues and go through this with them! I am fed up now and am going to put my home up for sale and find a better , more appreciative neighborhood to move to! What a shame, they are now losing a reliable home owner!

This management group uses strong arm tactics such as threatening eviction, not allowing to arrange payments past the 7th of the month. They just took over South Garden Townhomes in Harrisonville, Mo. I received no notification of management change, no notification of policy changes in regards to late payments, nor did I receive any type of formal notification for renewal of my lease. Basically because of this I will find another more "user friendly" neighborhood!
