Very unhelpful. My son received a box of saxophone reeds from an out of town Aunt that were the wrong strength. Took the sealed box of reeds to Meyer to exchange for the correct box of reeds since Meyer sells the same brand. The told me they would not do an exchange since they were not purchased there. I pointed to the same brand on the display behind them and they said they would not exchange/trade. Now I fully acknowledge they were in no way required to help us, but they also had the opportunity to be helpful and gain a life-long customer. Instead they were curt and stoic. We have previously purchased items from Meyer Music before, no longer. Not a business I would recommend if you look for customer service and/or a caring attitude.

They treated my son like a rock star.
