One of our neighbors sold there house this year for 238k. It is the exact same layout as our house and Johnson County appraises both for 209k. We decided to re-finance, but McMahon appraised our house for 209k. He would not consider our neighbors house in the appraisal despite multiple attempts to communicate. We went through a formal dispute, but McMahon fought back and we lost. Now if we want to refinance we will have to pay hundreds in PMI.

This guy "Mcmahon" is the most arrogant, inconsiderate humanbeing on the face of the earth. He does not know the value in Missouri. DO NOT LET HIM IN YOUR HOUSE! We were closing on our new house and he waited until Friday at noon to turn in our appraisal so we did not close! I have family in from out of town, moving trucks lined up and now I am out thousands of dollars and this guy won't even return a phone call! I implore ANYONE NEEDING AN APPRAISAL, DO NOT USE MCMAHON!
