Just swung by Hans Jewelry the other day because my watch collection needed some serious TLC, and let me tell you, I was totally blown away! The guy there knows his stuff and didn't waste any time. He got all three of my watches ticking like new by the very next day. I mean, who does that nowadays?

The service was top-notch. It wasn't just about being quick; it was the warm welcome and the no-fuss approach that made my day. You'd think it was just another transaction, but nope, it felt personal. Every watch was handled with such care, I swear they came back shinier too.

Seriously, if you've got a timepiece that's acting up or just needs a bit of sprucing up, Hans is your go-to. Reliable, fast, and honestly, just a real pro at what he does. So, props to Hans Jewelry - they've got themselves a fan and I'm already telling all my buddies about them!

Delivered a clock to this store for repair and after 3months Han's told us the clock was working. We paid for it and took it home, it worked for 4 days, impossible to wind up, and only runs for a few hours and then stops. He told us that we had then taken it to another repair place and doesn't want o honor his guarantee of 1 year.

My grandfather clock was chiming 15 minutes late and I couldn't get it adjusted correctly myself. I called Hans on Saturday morning and he came to my house after he closed the shop on Saturday evening. He arrived right on time, made the adjustment to get the clock to chime correctly, oiled my clock and showed me how to oil it myself, and then adjusted to hammers which were loose on the support bar. He did a great job and I am very pleased to recommend him to you.

This is the best shop in Overland Park for jewelry repair, and clock repair. Outstanding service, fast Turn around and very reasonably priced. I have shopped all over the Kansas City area in search of a high-quality, and honest jewelry store. Hans jewelry is a great find!! I do not go anywhere else now. Very conveniently located 105 and Metcalf, east side of Metcalf behind seasonal concepts. You will not be disappointed. The expertise and excellent customer service cannot be beat.
