I've found every item I did not like returned with full refund. More over they were more than willing to help with finding items or some what confedeeing to pre calls... i love good will and the people who donate.

The Goodwill on 135th st.is not to be trusted.I purchased a real nice cedar chest and it was large,I paid for it and told them I would be back with a different vehicle that same evening.They tagged it sold with a large tag.I returned hour and a half later to pick it up and they sold it to someone else even with a large sold tag on it.It took 3 weeks to get my money back.Never went back to another Goodwill.!!
