Pharmacy, very helpful, some 'other staff' seemed a little tired of being in 'their' areas 'helping' people & answering questions, esp the 'ones' they didn't have answers to, & not wanting to find someone who might. THE optical area is GREAT!!! HELPFUL, PATIENT & ATTENTIVE, esp with a long line awaiting the 3 of them working, yesterday when i was in & was 6th in line with 5 more 'behind' me!! Very classy & pleasant!! 'Joyce' was mine!!

Never had a problem with Costco until I moved to OP and started going to this location. CS is sub-par, Auto dept CS is deplorable and if the pharmacy dept folks are that unhappy with their job, they should just quit.
