In my experience with massage therapy, Stacy is the best I've been to, and I've been to many. My sessions are more for relief and not necessarily mild, spa like visits. Stacy knows how to manipulate the muscles better than anyone I've been to. The room is relaxing, very clean, and comfortable. One of these times I'm going to get a hot stone massage!

Choose from a variety of services: Swedish Massage- General Relaxation, light flowing, glides movements. Enhances circulation, increases lymph flow for toxin dumping. Enhances skin and muscle rejuvenation. Helps to release tension holding patterns. $50 hour, $75 1 1/2 hours * Pregnancy Massage is also available $50 hour, $75 1 1/2 hours * Deep Tissue Massage- Is focused massage work specifically for troubled muscle ares. It is going deeper into muscle layers and some instances to the bone working on insertion points. $60 hour, $90 1 1/2 hours * Integrative Massage- Massage consisting of any of the following depending on treatment needs * Myofascial release -separating facial restrictions in and surrounding muscle tissue, also useful for breaking up scar tissue. * Trigger Point -Zeroing in on muscle knots that refer pain in typical areas * Deep Tissue Massage-As described above. $60 hour, $90 1 1/2 hours * Add Ons- Foot Reflexology and Abdominal Massage * Foot Reflexology-Stimulates entire body and is a great treat for tired feet. * Hot Stone Massage-Is a full body massage using heated stones. The heat from this treatment really penetrates into muscle belly layers to help alleviate those problem areas. Caution treatment is very stimulating to the lymphatic system and can leave you with a drunken feeling when it is over. Extra time to regain yourself so you can drive is recommended. This is not a treatment to receive if you are in a hurry. $9
