I went to Wally's u-pull-it today to get a mass airflow sensor for my ford taurus. It was far and away the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I was mocked, laughed at, and talked down to by the clerk because I'm a girl. He made fun of my name and laughed at me for not knowing which section of the yard I was looking for. Earlier today my dad called and got a price quote of $5 for the part. The clerk told me it would be $25, then said he could give it to me for $15. As a woman, I'm used to the eyebrow quirk when I say I fix my own car but I have never been so poorly treated by a business representative. If you're a lady who needs a part, be prepared for rudeness and ridicule.
